Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 1, 2026 · Weyburn, Saskatchewan, Canada
1. Agreement
By using this website when it is served at c-d-custom-engraving.ca, cdengraving.sw7ft.com (preview/hosting), or another hostname that points at this same storefront, browsing the store, or submitting an order request, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a request.
Note: A www or other hostname may show a separate site (for example a different builder). These terms apply to the storefront served from the address bar you used to open this page.
2. Business information
CD Engravings operates custom laser engraving and related services from Weyburn, Saskatchewan, Canada. Contact: 306-861-8646 · c.d.engravings.ca@gmail.com.
3. Website & order requests
The online store is provided for browsing, configuring products, and building a cart. Checkout currently functions as an order request (not a guaranteed sale). Submitting the form does not automatically complete payment or create a binding contract. A team member will contact you to confirm details, pricing, production time, and payment.
We may decline or adjust an order for capacity, supplier availability, artwork that cannot be produced safely or legally, or other reasonable business reasons.
4. Pricing, taxes & estimates
Prices on the site are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Cart totals, bulk tiers, shipping estimates, and tax displays are provided for convenience and may be adjusted on the final invoice after review (e.g. custom quotes, oversized items, or corrected shipping).
Where applicable, sales tax follows the rules implemented at checkout (for example, tax on certain retail lines as described on the site). Final tax treatment is confirmed on your invoice or receipt.
5. Custom artwork & proofs
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any logos, text, or images you supply. You agree not to request engraving that infringes third-party rights or violates law.
For custom work, we may provide a proof or description before production. Production may not begin until approvals and any required deposit are received, as agreed with you.
6. Shipping & pickup
Shipping methods, carriers, and delivery times depend on the items ordered and destination. Risk of loss or damage in transit may pass according to carrier terms or as agreed on your invoice. Local pickup may be offered; you will be given instructions when your order is ready.
7. Returns, exchanges & defects
Because many items are custom-made, standard returns may not apply once production has started or the item is personalized. If an item arrives defective or materially different from what was agreed, contact us promptly with photos and details so we can assess a repair, redo, or other fair resolution.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CD Engravings is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or revenue, arising from use of the site or purchase of goods. Our total liability for any claim related to a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, unless a higher minimum applies under consumer protection law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitation applies only to the extent permitted.
9. Website use
You agree not to misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt security, scrape data in a way that harms service, or submit false information). We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the site or other customers.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Saskatchewan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you reside.
